Terms of Service

1. Purpose & acceptance

Razycut is an online service (SaaS) that monitors a user's YouTube channels, uses artificial intelligence to detect the best moments, cuts short vertical clips (TikTok, Shorts, Reels) with burned-in captions, and can automatically publish those clips.

Using Razycut, in any form, constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. Account

Authentication is provided through a secure authentication provider, including sign-in via Google or Apple. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep it current.

You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately at support@razycut.io of any unauthorized access.

The service is restricted to persons aged at least 18. Only one account is permitted per person. Sharing, reselling or pooling an account is prohibited.

3. Subscription & billing via Whop

Subscriptions and all payments are handled by our third-party provider Whop. By subscribing, you also accept Whop's payment terms and policies.

The available plans are Starter, Pro and Premium, billable either monthly or yearly at your choice. The subscription automatically renews at each term until you cancel it.

Usage of the service is measured in “minutes.” Minutes are a usage unit consumed with each processing operation (analysis, cutting, clip generation). Once consumed, minutes are neither recoverable nor refundable.

Razycut is not the payment institution: payment processing, any fees, delays, incidents or interruptions are handled by Whop under its own terms, which you accept by subscribing. Razycut cannot be held liable for any malfunction, unavailability or decision of Whop, and any payment dispute must first be handled through Whop's own process.

4. Cancellation = immediate loss

Upon cancellation or termination of the subscription, access to paid features AND any remaining minutes are lost IMMEDIATELY, with no refund and no carry-over.

No credit, compensation or transfer of minutes will be granted after a subscription ends, regardless of the cause.

5. Plan change — full price, no proration

Any upgrade to a higher plan is charged at FULL PRICE immediately, WITHOUT proration, and with no credit or refund for the current period or remaining minutes.

There is no downgrade mechanism during a period. To move to a lower plan, you must cancel your subscription and then resubscribe to the desired plan.

6. No refunds & waiver of withdrawal right

SPECIAL CASE OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS — Each annual subscription constitutes a firm and indivisible commitment, paid in advance in a single instalment for twelve (12) months. In the event of cancellation or termination during the year, it shall give rise to NO refund, whether partial or otherwise, nor to any proration, INCLUDING for prepaid months not yet used. The election of annual billing entails the definitive waiver of any request for a refund of the remaining months.

Razycut is a digital service performed immediately. By requesting a processing operation (analysis, cutting or clip generation), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Accordingly, all payments are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

As soon as at least one clip has been generated from a video, the corresponding service is deemed fully and irrevocably performed and consumed. No claim, refund request, dispute or chargeback may therefore be raised in respect of that video or clip. Any chargeback on an already-performed service is deemed abusive, constitutes a breach of these Terms, and may result in immediate suspension or banning of the account.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION — Before raising any claim, refund request or chargeback, you agree to first contact our support at support@razycut.io. We undertake to respond to and review in good faith any payment-related complaint within 14 days. Nothing in this section limits the mandatory rights granted to you by consumer-protection law.

7. Content & copyright

AUTHORIZED USE — Razycut is an editing and clipping tool intended EXCLUSIVELY for legitimate use: (i) processing content that YOU OWN, and/or (ii) processing content for which you hold the EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION of its rights holder, and/or (iii) clipping campaigns officially recognized by the platforms (for example, “Content Rewards”, “Creator Rewards” or equivalent programs). Any other use — in particular clipping third-party content without holding the rights or authorization — is strictly PROHIBITED and is your sole responsibility. When adding a channel or a video, you expressly confirm (mandatory checkbox) that you hold such ownership or authorization.

You WARRANT that you hold all rights, licenses and authorizations necessary to clip, transform, caption and republish the content you process through Razycut. You are solely responsible for the content you import, generate and publish.

You WARRANT and agree to fully indemnify Razycut against any claim, action, complaint, damage or cost (including legal fees) arising from your content, in particular regarding copyright, neighboring rights, image rights, trademarks or any other third-party right.

Razycut reserves the right to suspend, remove or delete, at any time and without notice, any content that is reported, disputed, or contrary to these Terms or the law.

8. Artificial intelligence “best effort”

Moment detection and the quality, number and relevance of clips are provided “as is,” on a best-effort basis. AI results may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.

Razycut gives NO guarantee of virality, views, engagement, revenue, or eligibility for any monetization program (TikTok Creator Rewards, Whop, Graply or otherwise).

By accepting these Terms (the checkbox at sign-up), you acknowledge that the clips produced by Razycut are transformed content designed so they CAN be eligible for monetization. However, actual eligibility and monetization depend EXCLUSIVELY on the conditions of your own account on each platform (account status, compliance with the program's rules, country, account age, audience, etc.) and on those platforms' decisions. Razycut guarantees no monetization.

Razycut's clips are designed to meet platforms' technical requirements, but actual eligibility for monetization depends entirely on your account meeting each platform's own rules for joining its program. For reference, TikTok's Creator Rewards Program notably requires: a minimum of around 10,000 followers; enough recent video views; an 18+ account in good standing; and ongoing compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and conduct rules. It is your sole responsibility to meet these conditions and to continuously follow each platform's rules — failing which your account may be declared ineligible, demonetized, restricted or banned, without any liability on Razycut's part.

Third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) may refuse, restrict, demonetize or remove content under their own rules. Such decisions are beyond Razycut's control and do not engage its liability in any way.

All figures, examples, views, scores or revenue shown on the site, at sign-up or in the app (including any so-called 'potential' estimates) are provided purely for ILLUSTRATIVE purposes: they are neither a promise, a forecast, nor a guarantee of any result or revenue. Furthermore, Razycut is not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by the platforms mentioned (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Whop, Graply, etc.); the trademarks cited belong to their respective owners.

9. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantee of uninterrupted access. No service level (SLA) is guaranteed.

Maintenance, updates or interruptions, whether planned or not, may occur at any time without engaging Razycut's liability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Razycut's total liability, on any and all grounds combined, is capped at the amounts actually paid by you during the three (3) months preceding the triggering event.

Razycut shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect or intangible damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, harm to reputation, or strikes, suspensions and bans of accounts on third-party platforms.

Razycut relies on third-party services (hosting, AI APIs, publishing platforms, Whop, etc.). Razycut disclaims all liability for any outage, change, limitation, rule or algorithm change, suspension or interruption of these third-party services, as well as for force majeure or any event beyond its reasonable control.

11. Suspension & banning

Razycut may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice and without refund, in the event of abuse, fraud, illegal use, infringement of third-party rights, or any breach of these Terms.

No indemnity or refund will be owed on account of such suspension or termination.

12. Changes & governing law

Razycut may modify these Terms and its prices at any time. You will be informed by any appropriate means. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their validity, interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the French version prevails. Contact: support@razycut.io.
